About the Role:As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to provide one-to-one and group support for students. Youll assist in delivering engaging lessons, helping children with special educational needs (SEN), and providing nurturing care to ensure every child thrives academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:· Provide tailored support to individual students or small groups. · Assist with the preparation of learning materials. · Help monitor and track student progress. · Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. · Work alongside teachers to implement strategies for students with diverse needs.
