A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Technical Support Executive to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying 27,000 - 30,000 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers.
- Escalate complex issues.
- Document information on the CRM system.
- Create and update knowledge base articles for self-service support.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Relay product feedback to help with future improvements.
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Technical Support Executive position:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (electronics or computer science preferred).
- Knowledge of at least one programming language (C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW, VeriStand).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience in using a CRM system.
