Cooper Lomaz are delighted to be working with an established business in Clacton-On-Sea to source a talented Junior Systems Technician. This role is fully onsite and will involve providing direct support for internal systems.

Role Overview:
As a Junior Systems Technician, you will support internal business applications and enhance system capabilities. You will work with ERP and CRM systems, creating user accounts, managing permissions, and developing reports and dashboards. You will serve as the first point of contact for any issues related to the ERP, CRM, and other key business systems.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all issues related to key business systems
  • Serve as the administrator for ERP and CRM systems, including setting up new users and managing their permissions
  • Create new reports and dashboards
  • Handle data cleansing, imports, and exports
  • Actively participate in projects and system upgrades

Candidate Skills:

  • Effective communication and customer service skills, with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues at all levels within the business
  • Ability to translate technical terminology for non-technical colleagues
  • Problem-solving mentality
  • Experience in ERP or CRM system administration
  • Familiarity with using a ticketing system
  • Proven experience working at a 1st line support level
  • Experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment is highly desirable

Working Location & Benefits:

  • It is highly desirable for candidates to have access to their own transport
  • The role is fully onsite, so candidates must live locally to Clacton-On-Sea. Applicants based outside the area will not be considered
  • Salary is up to 28,000 per annum, depending on experience
