Senior Care Assistant (days) full time
About the role
We are looking for a Senior Care Assistant with experience and knowledge and who shares the sense of community and belonging, where individuals can engage in activities tailored to their needs and wishes and receive personalised care and support.
Responsibilities include:
Support managers to run the home and workplace according to standards and legislation.
To ensure that appropriate individualised care is given to each Resident, in accordance with the Care Plans.
To manage and support care workers so that they perform their roles safely and to the best of their ability.
To be responsible for the administration, control, and storage of medicines.
To ensure cleaning duties are upheld in accordance with infection prevention and control policies and practices.
