Role Overview:
Provide 1:1 support to a child with additional learning needs
Assist with classroom activities and learning interventions
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and parents to support the childs progress
Encourage independence and confidence in learning


Requirements:
Experience working with children in a school or similar setting
