Role:
We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of IT and software projects. Your role will involve:
- Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to drive project success.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
- Conducting workshops, interviews, and process mapping exercises to define workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Supporting project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
- Playing a key role in ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- A proven track record as a Business Analyst within an IT, software, or managed services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - someone who thrives on turning complex business needs into actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication - you will be the link between technical teams and business users.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK driving license and own vehicle (due to office location).
Desirable:
- Previous experience working within an IT Managed Service Provider or Software House.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., BCS Business Analysis, CBAP, Agile BA).
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
