Role:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Business Analyst to join our client's dynamic team. You will play a key role in bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring the successful delivery of IT and software projects. Your role will involve:

  • Gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements to drive project success.
  • Collaborating closely with internal teams and external clients to translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
  • Conducting workshops, interviews, and process mapping exercises to define workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Supporting project delivery by ensuring alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
  • Playing a key role in ensuring smooth communication and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a Business Analyst within an IT, software, or managed services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - someone who thrives on turning complex business needs into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication - you will be the link between technical teams and business users.
  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with the ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Full UK driving license and own vehicle (due to office location).

Desirable:

  • Previous experience working within an IT Managed Service Provider or Software House.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., BCS Business Analysis, CBAP, Agile BA).
  • Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
