Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee Roofing Projects.The Site Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the site, including supply chain management, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong Roofing knowledge/background and a keen understanding of business processes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all site operations, including production, assembly, and logistics
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
- Oversee supply chain activities, including inventory management and procurement
- Implement quality control measures to ensure product integrity and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance
Experience:
-Strong knowledge/backgroundof the Roofing Sector.
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or similar role within the Roofing Sector.
- Strong knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
- Familiarity with quality control systems and processes
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement
- Proficient in business processes and financial management
