Shift Patterns: Monday - Friday - 08:30 - 16:30

What you can add:
- Provide early supported discharge and support for clients with therapeutic needs some time after a stroke.
- Work with a multidisciplinary team
- Provide high quality, safe, evidence based rehabilitation
What you’ll need:
- Diploma / Degree in Physiotherapy / Occupational therapy.
- HCPC Registration
- Post registration experience in rehabilitation and condition management.
