Are you an experienced Lettings or Property Manager looking for a new challenge? We’re working with a highly respected independent Estate Agency in the Clacton-on-Sea area, who are currently seeking an experienced property professional to join their team carrying out the dual role of a Lettings / Property Manager.

The successful Lettings / Property Manager will be offered:

Lettings / Property Manager requirements:

  • At least 12 months’ experience in either Lettings or Property Management
  • Strong team player with a customer-first attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle disputes calmly
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities
  • Driving licence and access to your own car

As a Lettings / Property Manager, you’ll have a varied role that includes:

  • Conducting inventories, check-ins, check-outs, and mid-term inspections
  • Managing general administration tasks
  • Overseeing rent collection and management
  • Coordinating maintenance and repairs
  • Organising Gas/Electrical Safety Certificates and EPCs
  • Liaising with landlords and tenants
  • Booking valuations
  • Attending viewings
  • Matching tenants to properties
  • Negotiating tenancy terms and renewals
