Academics are currently recruiting for a Full-Time PPA Cover Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and adaptable teacher who enjoys working across different year groups and delivering high-quality lessons.

• Providing essential cover for teachers during their Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time across various year groups.
• Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Ensuring pupils remain motivated, engaged, and making progress.
• Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure lesson continuity and adherence to school policies.
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching across multiple year groups, ideally within a primary setting.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt quickly.
• A passion for education and ensuring all pupils reach their full potential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
