Academics are currently recruiting for a Full-Time PPA Cover Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in Clacton-on-Sea. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and adaptable teacher who enjoys working across different year groups and delivering high-quality lessons.Key Responsibilities - PPA Cover Teacher:
Providing essential cover for teachers during their Planning, Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) time across various year groups.Delivering engaging and high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.Ensuring pupils remain motivated, engaged, and making progress.Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure lesson continuity and adherence to school policies.Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a positive learning environment.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.Experience teaching across multiple year groups, ideally within a primary setting.Strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt quickly.A passion for education and ensuring all pupils reach their full potential.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
