YOLO Recruitment are currently looking for a Sales Manager for their clients main car dealership close to Clacton on Sea.
A motor trade Sales Manager is responsible for supervising and motivating sales staff.
You will be tasked with promoting and encouraging strategies to sell vehicles. Typical Sales Manager duties will include , organising schedules, training, interviewing, hiring staff, and setting goals.
This role involves the constant managing and mentoring of a sales team where assistance to car selling is one of the main priorities. Customer care is also high on the priority list.
Some motor trade sales managers sell cars themselves, but most are focused on creating the strategies, budgets, and promotions that empower their teams to sell cars.
You will need to have previous experience in the motor trade as a Sales Manager or have a strong sales background as a Business Manager, Sales Controller or Transaction Manager wanting to take the next step!
The hours for this Sales Manager role will be Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week. NO SUNDAYS. 5 DAY WORKING WEEK!
