Role of Support Worker

- Provide personalized care and support to individuals, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
- Assisting individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to deliver holistic and integrated care.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as an HCA or support worker, must have a minimum of 6months plus in healthcare industry.
- Effective communication & interception skills
- Must have a child & adult DBS on update service.
