I am currently recruiting for a large organisation who are market leaders in their field and are looking to grow the business even further over the next few years. They are looking for experienced sales executives, ideally from an engineering/service background that value customer relationships and can manage a sales funnel.
The role offers a base salary up to £40,000 plus OTE commision £15-25K+. Commission is paid quarterly and uncapped. The role is also hybrid. Duties include but not limited to:
- Drive proactive engagement and solution selling
- Accountable for ensuring results within orders, contracts, profitability, and market price development
- Identify and build relationships to key decision makers and potential new targets
- Accountable for leading the Sell process including CRM data quality of contacts, customers, influencers, opportunity management, and won and lost reporting
