Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OCS Team Leader to join our team at Newsprinters Euro Central. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Senior Supervisor during nightly newspaper production, ensuring that all processes and procedures are meticulously followed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Senior Supervisor in overseeing night newspaper production.
  • Ensure all processes and procedures are adhered to.
  • Provide leadership and support to the production team.
  • Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues that arise.

About You:

  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK
  • Previous experience in a production-led team leader role.
  • Post-press or newspaper experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly with Google and Microsoft applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, night-shift environment.
