Job Purpose
  • Provide business and compliance advice to clients, supporting managers with complex client issues
  • Lead audits, financial reporting, and internal control reviews for clients across a range of sectors, including real estate, utilities, and consumer markets
  • Develop audit scope and plans, working closely with internal auditors and other specialists
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and development of juniors, ensuring the continued growth of the audit team
  • Drive business development through strategic growth initiatives, preparing business proposals, and pitching to potential clients
  • Represent the firm at audit committees, shareholder meetings, and AGMs
  • Lead a team of audit and assurance staff, managing resource allocation, compliance, and performance
  • Ensure billing completeness, statutory deadline adherence, and the correct application of accounting standards
  • Support financial metrics for client wins, RPH, and overrun recoveries
