JHE & Partners are delighted to be working with a highly successful business in Cleckheaton who are looking for an accounts assistant on a permanent basis. This is a lovely role, working in a small finance team of 3 and reporting into the finance manager.
The chosen candidate must ideally have sage experience and be comfortable working across a range of transactional duties. The company is going through superb expansion on the back of some very successful years and continue to go from strength-to-strength.
This role is 100% office-based.
Duties include:
- End-to-end purchase ledger
- Sales Ledger
- All aspects of credit control
- Bank reconciliations
- Responsible for company banking
- Credit card reconciliations
- End-to-end payroll on Sage
- Assisting the finance manager with month-end duties (dependent on experience)
- VAT returns
- Accounts administration
Ideally you will have experience across all areas, however the client is open to tailoring the role to the right person, therefore candidates with varying experience are encouraged to apply although you must have 3 years experience working in a similar role.
Salary on offer is £28,000 - £32,000, 36 hours per week with an earlier finish on a Friday.
