Job role: Factory Janitor
Rate of pay: 11.44/hour
Hours of work:Monday to Thursday 8am-4.30pm, Friday 8am-3.30pm
Location: Cleckheaton
First Choice are recruiting on behalf of our client, a manufacturing company based in Cleckheaton, producing precision components for use in various engineering sectors.
We are currently looking for a factory janitor to help with ensuring the facilities are kept to high standards.
Duties will include, but not limited to;
- Cleaning workshop floors, both moping and using floor scrubber machine
- Empty bins
- Cleaning bathrooms, including floors, toilets, wash basins
- Cleaning up spillages
- Assisting with moving production materials around the factory, including manual handling
- General duties as required
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and be familiar with working in a production/manufacturing environment. A good level of health & safety awareness is also important.
