We are currently looking for a (Temp) Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Contact Centre helping the general public with Boiler servicing/call-outs/repairs.
- Handling incoming calls and enquiries from Customers
- Provide professional and efficient Customer support
- Use computer systems to log and process Customer information
- Meet performance targets and quality standards
Full time hours
Mon - Fri 8.15am - 5pm
1 Saturday in 2 required (4 hour shifts)
