Our client, a large manufacturing business based in the Cleckheaton area, have an immediate requirement to recruit two well versed Manufacturing Operatives to join their team.
In this role you will be required to carry out various tasks including:
- Understanding of job sheets
- Weighing of materials
- Mixing of materials
- ID Stamping each product for quality control
- Trimming of finished products to required sizes
- Machine Operation
- Adhering to strict Health & Safety Guidelines
Ideal candidates will be physically fit and have experience of working in a manufacturing environment.
These positions are permanent where you will be expected to work the following shift pattern:
Working a rotating shift pattern of 1 week nights, 1 week evenings and 1 week days.
The hours are 6am to 2pm week 1, 2pm to 10pm week 2 and 10pm to 6am week 3.
Week 1 Friday is 6am to 12pm ( Noon )
Week 2 Friday is 12pm to 6.20pm -
Week 3 Friday is 6pm to 12am ( midnight )
New starters will work a 6am - 2pm shift for training ( usually 4 - 6 weeks )
Starting salary will be 23930 ( 11.80 per hour ). Once trained, you will move onto rotating shifts and receive the shift allowance increasing the salary to 29516 (14.55).
