Mechanical Process Engineer is needed to work in our Engineering & Manufacturing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving industrial processes and implementing innovative solutions.

Description
- All aspects of this role must utilise the TPM methodologies
- Identifying through data collection and analysis areas within the process to improve safety, quality and productivity.
- Applying experience and knowledge in continuous improvement and engineering to eliminate losses. * Creating a sustainable solution to prevent reoccurrence of losses.
- Coaching, training and education of all appropriate employees to enable the solutions to be embedded into the process.
- Leading and managing projects for the Production Department.
- Utilising the resources on site for the successful of all projects.
- Communicating with the teams/site on project status.
- Coach and upskill the process knowledge and capabilities of the Shift Leaders and their teams, in line with loss elimination data.
- Actively promotes and creates a culture of effective cross-functional team work to improve plant performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Responsible for leading and organising production downtime planning process with appropriate teams.
- Actively monitors and analysis data and root cause to ensure KPI's are maintained to the agreed levels.
Profile
A successful Mechanical Process Engineer should have:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and team-working skills
- Proficiency in using engineering software
- A commitment to safety and quality
