This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage a portfolio of residential properties while delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the day-to-day management of a portfolio of rental properties.

  • Acting as the primary point of contact for landlords and tenants, ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Managing maintenance requests, coordinating repairs, and liaising with contractors.

  • Conducting property inspections and ensuring properties comply with legal and safety regulations.

  • Handling tenancy renewals, deposit disputes, and rent arrears.

  • Keeping accurate records and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.



What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in property management or a similar role.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of lettings legislation and property compliance (preferred but not essential).

  • A proactive and customer-focused approach.

  • Full UK driving license (preferred).
