Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Provide expert advice on our range of timber products and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or timber industry.
- Strong knowledge of timber products and construction processes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
