Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Provide expert advice on our range of timber products and solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or timber industry.
  • Strong knowledge of timber products and construction processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
