We are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to join a dynamic secondary school team in Cleethorpes. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual passionate about delivering high-quality science education to students.
Day-to-day of the role:- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging science lessons that comply with the national curriculum.
- Assess and record studentsā progress and provide grades and feedback to foster a positive learning environment.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet studentsā varying needs and interests.
- Maintain discipline in accordance with the school rules and disciplinary systems.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent meetings, and whole school training events.
- Stay current on educational publications and share findings with colleagues.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Science or a related subject.
- Experience in teaching Science at secondary school level.
- Strong understanding of the UK curriculum and current teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and motivational skills.
