A client based in the Bristol area is recruiting for an Administrator - This vacancy requires experience of working within the financial sector. This position is paying a salary of up to £35,000 depending on experience.

Main purpose:

To provide administrative support to the advisers and Directors.

Reports to:

The Administration Manager

Duties and Key Responsibilities:

Provide general admin support to include:

• Preparing documents including client agreements, letters of authority and other documents.

• Dealing with letters, emails and phone calls from clients and 3rd parties

• Complex case implementation

Managing and maintaining confidential client information to include:

• Opening client files on Office 365 and Intelligent Office.

• Inputting information onto client records.

• Dealing with queries and gathering financial and client information.

• Provide support Admin Support including new business processing, review preparation and processing in a timely and efficient manner.

General responsibilities

Essential Experience

• Working in a financial services office environment

• Understanding of financial services products and processes

• Emails and letter writing

• Accurate input of info onto client records

• Use of systems such as Office, Word etc.
