Job Description:

Autograph Recruitment is delighted to be working with a very well-established Accountancy Practice based in Clevedon. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join their rapidly expanding team.

We are now looking for an articulate, and organised Administrator to join their close-nit team. This role will be responsible for a variety of general administrative tasks, including responding to enquiries quickly and professionally, keeping the system up to date, and organising client meetings. This is an opportunity to be able to work autonomously in a dynamic, busy environment, providing a first service to customers. This role gives a breadth of experience rarely available in larger practices, yet with the ongoing support of the award winning, innovative team in Clevedon.

The successful candidate will have strong customer service skills, and ideally have experience with working in a professional services environment. It is essential the successful candidate has excellent numeracy skills. You must be articulate and organised. The successful candidate must also have good knowledge of Microsoft Software’s and have used inhouse databases previously.
