- Keep Purchase Ledger accounts accurate and up to date.
- Ensure invoices align with corresponding purchase orders.
- Verify that VAT on all purchase invoices is correct.
- Organise and file purchase ledger invoices appropriately.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of supplier information for future transactions.
- Address internal and external purchase ledger and invoice queries within 2 weeks of receipt.
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Perform double-entry bookkeeping tasks daily.
- Check, input, and pay expense claims as needed.
- Ensure adherence to company quality and legal requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial information and uphold integrity.
- Assist with any other financial duties as required.
- AAT Level 1 required, AAT Level 2 desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team, while also being capable of working independently when necessary.
