- £50,000 Per Annum - (£26 per hour) based on a 38.5 hour week

- Ensure the efficient & effective operation of the Service Department, leading a team of field service engineers and administrators.
- To provide technical support to after-sales customers and service engineers which may include onsite work.
- To coordinate technical training to staff and customers as necessary.
- To provide technical assistance to sales enquiries/contracts.
- P&L responsibility for the service department.
- To seek out ways to grow revenue and profit of the service department.
- Ensure best use is made of inhouse labour for any site work
