The Job:
On behalf of our client we are seeing an Interim Sales Implementation Manager. This is a 6 month contract and will pivotal in shaping their sales strategy.
As the Interim Sales Implementation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of their sales strategies, processes, and tools. You will work closely with the Business and Communications Manager, and will be supported by the rest of the sales and marketing team, ensuring that all initiatives are executed effectively and align with their business goals.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Develop and execute implementation plans for new sales strategies and tools, including KPI’s and targets.
- Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities that inform and shape the sales strategy, drive performance, and align with business goals.
- Train and support sales staff on new initiatives and best practices.
- Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify potential challenges in the implementation process and propose solutions.
- Provide regular updates to your line manager on progress and outcomes.
The Person:
For this role our client is seeking someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in sales management and implementation, in a business to business environment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM to build client base
