The RoleAs an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive excellent service while contributing to sales growth. This position involves managing orders, providing quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high service levels.
Responsibilities-
Process customer orders and quotations with accuracy and efficiency

Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment

Advise customers on suitable products and suggest alternatives when necessary

Work closely with external sales teams to enhance customer relationships
