Internal Sales Representative - Office-Based

This role is ideal for someone with a passion for building relationships, handling sales inquiries, and ensuring seamless order management to support business growth.

The Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring customers receive excellent service while contributing to sales growth. This position involves managing orders, providing quotations, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high service levels.

Responsibilities
  • Process customer orders and quotations with accuracy and efficiency

  • Manage delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfilment

  • Advise customers on suitable products and suggest alternatives when necessary

  • Identify sales opportunities to support business growth

  • Work closely with external sales teams to enhance customer relationships

  • Maintain accurate records and keep sales systems up to date

Requirements
