Operations and Customer Service Advisor

What you will be doing:
- Interacting with new and existing customers and suppliers to provide the best possible service via phone and email.
- Working with other departments to find the solutions to customer queries
- Providing updates on orders and maintaining internal systems
- Organising logistics including imports and large deliveries
- Ad hoc customer service and admin tasks
You will need the following skills and experience:
- Fantastic communication skills both verbally and written
- Self-starting and highly motivated to do a fantastic job
- Some experience within administration, customer service or transferable skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
