You will be responsible for ensuring our data platform is not only technically sound but also aligns with global administrative practices and policies. • Oversee the data infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and meets the organisation’s strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with global admin teams to define and implement data management practices and policies.
• Act as a product owner, managing the lifecycle of data products and services.
• Lead pilot groups to test and refine new data initiatives.
• Work closely with data architects to design and optimise data solutions.
• Drive the adoption of data platforms like Dataverse and Databricks across the organisation.

• Strong understanding of data management principles and global administrative practices.
• Experience in product ownership and management within a data-focused environment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft data management tools, including Dataverse and Databricks.
• Ability to lead pilot projects and drive innovation within the data space.
• Knowledge of data architecture and the ability to work with technical teams to implement strategic data solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate data policies and practices across the organisation.
