• Job Type: Full-time, 12-month fixed term with potential for extension

We are urgently seeking a Handyman to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential for extension. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of maintenance skills, including electrical and basic plumbing knowledge, as well as painting abilities.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Conduct general building maintenance tasks efficiently.
• Utilise electrical knowledge to safely perform minor electrical repairs and maintenance.
• Apply basic plumbing skills to address leaks, clogs, and other plumbing issues.
• Perform painting tasks with precision to maintain the aesthetic appeal of the premises.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed within the set timeframes.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations while carrying out all tasks.
• Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in building maintenance or as a handyman.
• Knowledge of electrical systems and the ability to perform minor electrical tasks.
• Basic understanding of plumbing and the ability to resolve common plumbing issues.
• Skilled in painting with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills and a team player.
