Job Title: Dynamics CE Functional Lead

Location:Clevedon, Somerset

Type of Employment Full time, Permanent position, Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office with potential for remote for the right candidate

Responsible for: Developing solutions to improve the Hydro Dynamics CE implementation.

Competence & Qualifications:

  • Experience in analysing and supporting IT business systems
  • Understanding of business analysis methodologies
  • Strong working knowledge of the operation and implementation/ deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CE and Field Services solutions
  • Strong familiarity with IT generally, including Microsoft Office applications and SQL database structures/capabilities.
  • Project management skills (PRINCE II qualified desirable).
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of Azure DevOps
  • Java Script and C# experience preferred

Key Duties:

To contribute to the deployment and development of the Hydro ERP systems.

  1. Ensure the maintenance of a consistent ERP solution architecture.
  2. Develop and maintain working relationships with ERP stakeholders.
  3. Prioritise and clarify identified issues and areas of improvement.
  4. Translate To-Be business processes into Functional Specifications for development.
  5. Maintain the design documentation relating to software systems and enhancements.
  6. Support the design, build, test and implementation of software solutions.
  7. Produce training and support materials as required.
  8. Refine reporting requirements and work with BI Data Analysts to develop suitable solutions.
  9. To perform duties in accordance with all relevant legislation in particular the Health and Safety at Work Act.
  10. To apply requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 as appropriate within the areas of responsibility.
  11. Other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.
