The company is seeking a Senior Mechanical Building Services Engineer to join their dynamic team. You should have a proven record of delivering UK building services projects and familiarity with RIBA work stages.   • Building Information Modelling is beneficial
  • Proven experience leading building services designs for both new and refurbished buildings
  • Experience mentoring junior staff and supporting team members with expert guidance
  • Competence in defining fee proposals, negotiating with clients and aligning expectations
  • Track record of delivering projects on time, within budget and to client satisfaction
  • Skilled in overseeing installation, commissioning and contractor assessment
  • Ideally experience with IESVE, Revit, AutoCAD

Qualifications:

  • Degree / HND / HNC qualified
  • CIBSE member, with a focus on professional growth
