iO is looking to recruit an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to work with a leader in mitigation and abatement worldwide, we are dedicated to reducing the adverse effects of semiconductor manufacturing on the environment and the natural world.
Within the designated manufacturing cell, the Manufacturing Engineer is in charge of the manufacturing system. For both new and current goods, they will develop, manage, and continuously enhance safe and lean assembly and testing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Holds 3+ years or equivalent experience in a similar job is preferred.
  • Writing work instructions, procedures, and process documentation.
  • Knowledge of how to support production and optimise manufacturing processes.
  • Comprehends schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings.

Responsibilities:

  • To follow the Vacuum Technique Production System's recommendations for documenting, implementing, owning, and constantly improving the manufacturing cell's Lean manufacturing processes.
  • Execute programs and activities aimed at continuous development.
  • To create, optimise, validate, apply, and preserve cell layouts
  • Execute and uphold risk assessments for the designated manufacturing cell or cells, including creating safe work practices.
  • Defining and acquiring the right tools and machinery for the designated manufacturing cell or cells.
