Do you take pride in your excellent customer service skills and have strong administrative abilities? We are looking for a dedicated Service Administrator to support our client’s Service Manager and Engineers in providing outstanding service for one of our excellent clients in Clevedon!
The company specialises in providing innovative, high-quality power solutions, including the design, manufacture and maintenance of critical power systems for industries such as utilities, transportation and telecommunications. There's a lot happening under one roof!
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communication
- Respond to customer enquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Clarify customer requirements and ensure all site requirements (e.g., power, access, equipment) are confirmed for smooth service delivery
Service Coordination
- Schedule and confirm service visits, liaising with customers, engineers and suppliers
- Maintain accurate records of service logs, hazardous waste notes and documentation
Engineer Support and Documentation
- Collaborate with engineers to meet stock, tools and resource needs
- Schedule and manage training sessions for service engineers, ensuring up-to-date records
- Ensure compliance with legal, quality, health & safety and environmental standards
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with MRP systems (preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, employee-owned environment
- A proactive, problem-solving approach with keen attention to detail
