Required is a Service Coordinator / Service Controller who will be responsible for working alongside the customer service teams to offer top quality service to customers on a day to day basis. Planning EEngineers workloads and diaries.Roles and Responsibilities* Responding to customers and delivering support that is needed* Communication with customers and engineers* Being the point of contact for large and small accounts* Making sure the organisational customer service targets are set
