Engineering Coordinator - Service Team
Location: Clevedon Somerset
Our client is looking for an experienced Engineering Coordinator to join their team, playing a key role in supporting all Engineering and Service duties.
Key Responsibilities for the Engineering Coordinator job:
- To receive and respond to incoming customer communications via phone and email.
- To define customer requirements by asking appropriate questions
- To ensure that the customer has confirmed that all of the necessary site requirements are in place to enable a prompt and satisfactory completion.
- To book service visits and confirm with customers, engineers and others as required.
- To arrange resources (engineers, stock, parts, tools, equipment, etc.) To enable the satisfactory completion of works.
Key Skills for the Engineering Coordinator job:
- 1+ years' experience working in a Coordination and Administration role ideally within an Engineering or technical environment.
- Superb customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple enquires at once.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
