Job Title: Internal Sales Representative Account Manager
Location: Clevedon, North Somerset/Bristol
Contract Details: Temporary for 5-6 months
Salary: 13.34 per hour - weekly pay
Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday - Fully Office Based

Our client, a leader in the Manufacturing & Production industry with a focus on industrial automation, is seeking an enthusiastic Internal Sales Representative to join their dynamic team. With a focus on customer satisfaction and sales growth, this organisation values innovation, collaboration, and commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:
As an Internal Sales Representative, your role will encompass:
Sales & Customer Service:
- Generate and process customer quotes and orders with precision
- Maintain and manage delivery schedules for timely order fulfilment
- Proactively offer alternatives or replacements to meet customer needs
- Identify and nurture new sales opportunities to support growth targets
Operational Support:
- Collaborate with the external sales team to enhance customer accounts
- Provide essential office-based support to bolster the sales function
- Actively contribute to achieving branch sales targets and strategies
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate customer records and update internal systems
- Work closely with other departments for seamless service
- Stay informed on product offerings, industry trends, and promotions
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders
- Ability to collaborate effectively within a team
- Proficiency in using sales and order management systems
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role
