As the company continues to grow, they are seeking an Order Processing Administrator to become part of their dynamic and supportive team. Daily duties will include;

•             Being the point of contact between the client and the customer

•             Accurately create and process incoming orders, ensuring all details are correct and aligned with client specifications and technical requirements

•             Update and manage order databases with precision

•             Work closely with the logistics teams to confirm product availability, lead times and order requirements

Qualifications and Skills;

  • Excellent administrative and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work
  • IT literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook (SAGE200 would be beneficial but not essential)
  • A basic understanding of engineering principles is desirable but not essential (training will be given)
  •         Great communicator and a team player
