Reed are working with a manufacturing client that is experiencing rapid growth in the UK and European markets. Recruiting for a Supply Chain Co-ordinator on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a newly created role to support this expansion. Looking for experience working in a Supply Chain environment, particularly in Customer Service, and Import and Export.

- Hours: 40 hours per week (08:45 to 16:45 Mon-Thurs, 08:45 to 16:00 Fri)
Duties:
Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of sales orders within promised timescales.
Liaise with customers and transport stakeholders to arrange and confirm deliveries or returns, ensuring compliance with booking-in procedures.
Prepare invoice and dispatch paperwork accurately and on time, both online and hard copy, according to customer requirements.
Manage daily dispatch of finished products, coordinating with customers, transport, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee the management of contract manufactured products to meet both customer and internal stakeholder requirements.
Handle accurate import and export documentation in accordance with up-to-date international regulations.
Coordinate, arrange, and attend official Veterinarian appointments required for dedicated vehicle deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven ability to maintain excellent internal and external customer relationships.
Experience working with sales, production, and QC teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook, including Word and Excel.
GCSE or equivalent at Grade B or above in Maths and English.
Excellent time management skills with a flexible approach to work.
Full Right to Work in the UK.
Full Clean Driving Licence.
Experience with SAP/SAP B1 is advantageous but not essential.
