A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Heath, Safety and Quality Manager for a company in the Bristol Area that our one of the UK leaders within the Renewables industry.

With no day ever being the same the Heath, Safety and Quality Manager role offers genuine long-term progression and career development within a first-class organization.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Implementation of working practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adherence to current legislation across all sites.
  • Managing findings from audits and addressing appropriate actions.
  • Investigate all accidents, incidents and/or near misses to identify root causes and mitigate against repeat occurrences
  • Drive the creation and management of health, safety and compliance monitoring systems throughout the workplace
  • Ensure appropriate training, engagement and communication is in place for all employees around all aspects of Health and Safety
  • Work closely with other functions to support best practice across the company in line with legislation and policy

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Quality, Health & Safety management roles in a relate field
  • Hold a NEBOSH Diploma or Equivalent
  • Experienced in ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
  • Member of IOSH (preferred)
  • Experienced in ISO 14001 (preferred)
