We are currently recruiting for aUPVC Window Fitter, for one of our clients based in theWeston-Super-Marearea. This is a permanent Mon-Fri opportunity with a steady shift pattern and plenty ofovertime hoursavailable.
Experience in window fitting is required to meet client standards. Candidates must be reliable, self-motivated, conscientious, and take pride in their work.
A full UK driving license is required for this opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, replace, and repair glass in residential and commercial buildings.
- Including repairs to Tilt-turn windows, Patio doors, casement windows bifold doors.
- Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety regulation.
- Using a variety of hand and power tools
- Collaborate with team members to improve fabrication processes and efficiency.
- Use basic maths skills to measure, cut, and shape materials accurately.
- Drive the company vehicle to the customer site and return to the depot.
Skills and Experience Required
- Previous experience in Window Fitting is a must.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent attention to detail.
