• Marketing Strategy: Lead and execute marketing plans, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Content Creation: Develop diverse content across channels to enhance brand awareness and generate leads.
• Digital Marketing: Manage websites, social media, and paid advertising to drive engagement and conversions.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute webinars, trade shows, and other promotional events.
• Reporting & Analysis: Monitor marketing performance and provide regular updates to leadership.

• Proven marketing experience, ideally within the Contact Centre or SaaS sectors.
• Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows and analytical reporting.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, PPC, and digital marketing best practices.
