Data Administrator


Our client has invented a contact-free technology that uses 3D cameras and computer vision to make radiation therapy safer, more accurate and more comfortable for patients. They are seeking a data administrator with hands on experience in SAP software to support a critical data cleansing and management project. The ideal candidate will ensure that all data is accurate, up to date and compliant with internal policies and processes. This role is key to maintaining the integrity of business data, streamlining processes and supporting key decisions across the organisation.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

* Run reports, review, cleanse and update customer and product data within Sage 200.
* Identify and correct duplicate, incomplete or inaccurate records.
* Identify out of date purchase or sales orders and archive obsolete data as instructed
* Work closely with finance, operations and production teams to validate data accuracy
* Reconcile data discrepancies and resolve data integrity issues.
* Maintain accurate documentation of all data cleansing activities
* Identify improvements to existing reporting which will assist with maintaining the cleansed data.
* Support other administrative duties such as taking photos of stocked parts in the warehouse and upload these against the part numbers in Sage 200.
* Provide administrative support for process improvements related to data management.

Essential skills and experience:


* Proven experience working with SAP (Sage 200 would be ideal but not essential as full training will be given) with a focus on data entry, maintenance and reporting
* A good eye for detail, strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, PivotTables, data validation, etc.)
* Understanding of data protection and GDPR compliance.
* Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
* Methodical and process-driven, with the ability to work independently
