About the Role:
We are seeking experienced and qualifiedNew Build Plumbersto work on residential sites across the Midlands, specifically inLeicesterandBirmingham. This is a contract role offering immediate start with work guaranteed until Christmas. The role involves all aspects of plumbing installation on new build residential housing projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation of plumbing systems in new build residential properties, including bathrooms, kitchens, and heating systems.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings to ensure installations meet design specifications.
- Connecting and testing water supply, drainage, and heating systems to ensure they are operational and meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborating with other trades on-site to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Adhering to health and safety regulations on construction sites.
- NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing(or equivalent qualification).
- CSCS Card(essential).
- Previous experience in new build residential plumbing(essential).
- Own tools and PPE.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable with a strong work ethic and commitment to deadlines.
- Competitive hourly rate of22-23 per hour.
- Immediate start with work guaranteed until Christmas.
