An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic development team based in central Bristol as a Personal Assistant. This team specialises in residential and commercial development, consultancy, and valuation, and is seeking a professional with strong organisational skills to support their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diary & Meeting Management: Maintain accurate diaries, arrange meetings, book rooms, and coordinate travel.
  • Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee team invoicing, create purchase orders, manage billings, and organise job file documentation.
  • PA Support: Assist with typing, dictation, report formatting, marketing drafts, and photographer liaison.

Additional Tasks:

  • Organise weekly team meetings, update team members on schedules, and monitor director's inboxes.
  • Manage filing systems, databases, and ensure team records (CVs, case studies) are up to date.
  • Process expenses, arrange client gifts, and perform general administrative tasks.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with prior PA/Admin experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and prioritisation skills; adaptable, reliable, and self-motivated.
