Sales Development Representative
Place of work: Office based
We offer: £28,000 basic salary + £38,000 OTE. Excellent opportunities for career progression within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Responsibility:
- Proactive new business development.
- Cold calling potential clients.
- Achieving personal sales targets.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Creating compelling proposals and quotations.
- Representing the company to clients and promoting our brand.
Specifically the activities will be:You will be involved in all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Initial focus will be on generating new business opportunities, with opportunities for rapid progression to managing the full 360 sales process.
Experience:
- Experience in a sales environment is beneficial but not essential; we're more interested in your drive, potential, and commitment to success. A proven track record of exceeding targets would be advantageous.
